I was not impressed by many sales people at other dealerships regarding their knowledge of the specific models they were selling and customer service. I was ultimately looking for a specific interior/exterior and options of a particular model which brought me ultimately to Faulkner Mazda. I called and David Fasoline provided me with sufficient information on the phone to take the trip out there from downtown. He had the various Mazda 3 GI sedan options lined up in front ready for test drives. Dave waas totally informed about the model and its capabilities/options and gave excellent answers to the many questions I had. He matched the price I was considering for an end of year 2012 model and I purchased the car. During the long wait to make the final deal (his financial office had us wait for over an hour) Dave continued to fill the time with giving me important information on the vehicle including the break in driving and answering questions. A couple of days later I came by with my wife to pick up the car. Our new car was polished and ready in front of the dealership. Dave Fasoline kindly helped with the personalization of the unlocking button, the bluetooth, navigation system and so on. Soon thereafter I was on the road and ever since enjoy the car. More

I had spent months looking for a new car and as any buyer knows the process can be both exciting and frustrating. This all changed when I went to Faulkner Mazda. My salesman, Tom Weaver, could not have been more pleasant, professional, and quick to the point. I don't think I had been there more than 20 minutes when he gave me an 'out the door' number on a new Mazda3 (along with the trade-in I was seeking) that I was very happy with. Everyone else at Faulkner that I met (Larry Dixon, Kim Principale, and Mike Pigaro) was also friendly and helpful, with absolutely none of the 'hard sell' tactics that border on bullying the customer I had experienced elsewhere. VERY much appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend Faulkner to anyone, even if it's a bit further away from home, as it was for me. They do things the RIGHT way, with transparency and courtesy and this is one customer who appreciates it! More
