After our primary car broke down, we were in a pinch to replace it. After having some bad experiences at other car dealerships, we decided to search cars.com. We happened upon a car that fit our needs and our budget, located at Faulkner Mazda. Unfortunately, the car we had seen had been very recently sold. to be honest, I was feeling a little down after that. Considering our recent experiences with other dealerships, I was less then thrilled with the thought of dealing with another sales person. Luckily, this time, we had an awesome sales person to help us. Preston was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for (price, size, mileage, etc). Preston was prepared with a list of what they had on the lot. Also, he was extremely patient with us, considering we showed up about an hour before they closed! It didn't take us long to find something that fit our needs and then some. After two test drives, we decided that the '07 Mazda5 was the car for us. Preston was very easy to talk to and was very informative about the car. Even the financing part was painless. Mike and Mike were, also, very helpful finding us the right financing, which isn't easy because our credit isn't the greatest. However, we ended up with a great deal, with payments in our price range. We even purchased an extended warrenty, which we thought was very reasonably priced! Overall, we had a great experience at Faulkner Mazda. They made buying a car a simple and relatively easy process. No haggling. No pressure. No hidden costs. We will definitely be returning there when we need another car. More

I have had Mazdas for the last 15 years and this dealership by far was the best to deal with in terms of overall service, price,friendliness and promptness. I started over the phone with them, everything was ready by the time I got to the dealership, I had to deal with a second person because the first was on vacation but the communication between them was impeccable. I would highly recommend this dealership and even though they are an hour away I will use them for my service. Thank you Faulkner for making what I consider to be normally a unpleasant experience (I don't like buying cars) to be very simple and pleasant. More
