Leased a new 3 last year- good deal, however sales consultant did not tell me the vehicle required special synthetic motor oil. Called to schedule first service and almost fell over when I heard $70+ consultant did not tell me the vehicle required special synthetic motor oil. Few months gone by and lost my job, barely able to keep up on payments; called sales manager and explained my situation. He seemed understanding over the phone, once I drove to the store I was greeted by my sales person who inspected the car with the used car manager. They came back to me with a ridiculous appraisal amount to get me out of the lease. After that experience I won't be back. Overall, I felt the negotiation process was pretty good, however my sales agent left out some important details, including a hefty $300 disposition fee due at the end of the term (I found out later once I reviewed the contract myself) Additionally, I signed the contract with my sales agent and not a finance manager. In my previous experiences, I've always dealt with a finance & insurance representative in a private office, not the showroom floor. Delivery, after-the-sale relations, and service prices don't measure up to be superior for this store as they claim, I've shopped around for service and found better. More

We were able to work together to narrow it down to the car that I wanted and he went beyond my expectations by finding everything in a matter of days. He also priced the car that I wanted lower than the other dealerships. So, I got a car that I wanted at a cheap price and great service. What else can you ask for? This is a top-notch guy who deserves to be in the corner desk and when my friends and family are looking to buy a new car, I will send them over to him. More
