Mike Rocchi is a very good salesperson. I met him last year when he came to the service area and introduced himself. I had told the service manager, Paul Sanders, who I know from Mazda on the Blvd. that year when he came to the service area and introduced himself. Turned out to be a little longer than six months but Mike stayed in touch. I arrived yesterday and drove two cars that I was interested in. Mike is a good listener and attentive to what you say. Being somewhat familiar with car buying, I think I moved the process along, but Mike kept an even pace not to overwhelm me with the new car features. All in all it was a good experience. I can't say great because I am a frugal individual and as I said to Mike, of course, I am always looking for the bext deal. I believe I made an excellent choice in staying with Faulkner for my new car and in choosing another Mazda. More

It's was time to down size from a mini van to a crossover. While being very undecided which crossover would best fit are needs. We received a friendly greeting by Ravi Roopnarine. He directed us to exactly where to go and showed us the CX 7&9. After the test ride, he was sure to answer all the questions we had. That night I still wanted to go to a few more dealerships to look at after Faulkner Mazda. We finally narrow it down to either the Honda CRV or Mazda CX-7. Going back to Faulkner Mazda to see the CX-7 again, Ravi assured us that we were making the GREAT decision by going with the CX-7. In researching the type of car we wanted, we began our search on the internet and narrowed down our choices to three dealers. Since the third dealer we went to was over an hour away from where we live, I called first to make sure the vehicle that we saw online was at the lot. I spoke with Mike Rocchi and he made sure it was there and we set a day when we would be there to look at it. Mike immediately greeted us when we arrived and spent alot of time with us going over the vehicle, left us take it for a test drive while he worked on appraising our trade-in vehicle. We never felt pressured and felt the deal went smoothly. We were prequalified for a low interest rate through our credit union and Mike worked to see if they could match it but found that they could not so even though we did not walk away with the car that evening, we put a deposit down, completed our financing with the CU and picked the car up a couple days later. Mike was great to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Mike! More
