I had a Mazda Protege 2002 model, I loved that car, never had any problems with it, but now that my children are getting older I was looking for something a little bigger. Did a lot of research online and found the Mazda 5, perfect size and price. So the first place I thought of was Faulkner Mazda were I had bought my Protege ten years ago. They moved to Street Road in Trevose which I liked better because it is closer to my house. So my husband and I just stopped in on a Friday afternoon just to get prices and we met Mike Rocchi (he is very friendly, informative & helpful) we told him we didn't have much time and he still brought the car in front so we could take a better look at it and he showed us the car inside & out. My husband and I really liked the car and told Mike we would be back on Saturday when we had more time. So we went back on Sat. and took the car for a test drive. We like the car and bought it. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( Mike Rocchi, Larry Dixon & Mike Pigaro) They seem to work very hard on getting you the best deal but we feel they fell short on my trade in value or Kelly Blue Book is way off. I first bought a 2004 Mazda Tribute from Faulkner Mazda in late 2007, and recently traded it in for a 2011 CX7 I Sport. Faulkner will NEVER try to sell you services that you do not need, they are NOT pushy in late 2007, and recently traded it in for a 2011 CX7 I Sport. Faulkner will NEVER try to sell you services that you do not need, they are NOT pushy, and most importantly they are HONEST!!!!! I brought my Tribute in many times thinking something was wrong, like needing new brakes but they told me they were fine each time. They dont try to sell you something you dont need. I also remember bringing it in for a transmission fluid flush and again, they told me I didnt need it. That is pure honesty, and you wont find that with other dealerships. I continue to shop and service with Faulkner because I know I will not be lied to or pushed in to getting something I dont need. Their honesty bought them a satisfied customer for life! More
