I was extremely pleased with my initial contact person at Faulkner Mazda being Kim, the internet sales consultant, as well as my saleswoman, Renee. My husband and I could have purchased the exact car I wanted at a delership which was 60 minutes away, however we drove 90 minutes,to Faulkner, due to the "hard-sell" experience I received on the phone with the closer dealership. This was our first experience purchasing a Mazda and I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Mazda purchase. The dealership manager made it a point to personally thank us for our purchase, and was very appreciative of the fact that we drove the extra distance to buy from his lot, based on the excellent customer service we received. After searching many websites I cam upon a used car that I was very interested in. I contacted the dealership, specifically Mike Rocchi, and made an appointment that night to take a look and test drive the I was very interested in. Mike was extremely helpful in every way and to only be at a dealership for, including a test drive, for just under 2 hours is really an accomplishment for all involved.
