I do not usually write reviews, but after my experience at Faulkner I feel compelled to do so. I am not from the Philadelphia area but happened to expand my online search for a new CX-9 after several unple at Faulkner I feel compelled to do so. I am not from the Philadelphia area but happened to expand my online search for a new CX-9 after several unpleasant shopping experiences in North Jersey. I still cannot get over how friendly, helpful, responsive and straightforward the folks at Faulkner Mazda are. If that were not enough, they also had the most competitive pricing by quite a large margin. I drove all the way from another state in the rain during rush hour traffic just to do business with Faulkner, and if I had to do it again in a heartbeat I would. This is one of those crazy stories that you hear about which involves a long distance and a relationship all of which survive on mutual trust. I am living in Manila in the Philippines and my son (19) mov which involves a long distance and a relationship all of which survive on mutual trust. I am living in Manila in the Philippines and my son (19) moved to New Jersey to help out his 81 year old Grandfather and look for schools and work. My son immediately found work but needed a car to get to and from work since his Grandfather still drives. I looked online first with Ebay motors and Autotrader for a suitable vehicle since I didn't want my father to have to run around with a teenager looking for a car since having done that with me as a teens was stressful enough. I saw a nice used car with reasonable mileage and sent a note off to Mike Rocchi of Faulkner who immediately responded via email. The key things that worked for him was his immediate response and no nonsense approach to conducting business. I very much appreciated his directness and the requirements needed to do a deal from 8000 miles away. We finally concluded our deal after a few weeks of negotiations and we received a reasonable price break on the vehicle and a solid car in the process. Mike and Faulkner did great work for us from 8000 miles away and as I started, it all began with mutual trust. Good job Faulkner and Mike Rocchi. More

I bought a new Mazda 3 i Sport (2012). I had only talked with the dealer on the phone, showed up and bought it. So for the short time I was there, they were very friendly. The price for the car was great, with the dealer on the phone, showed up and bought it. So for the short time I was there, they were very friendly. The price for the car was great, and it wasn't a pain in the xxx to haggle with Larry. Very friendly and not pushy. However, when I was actually buying the car, the kept pushing all the extras like warranties, xzylon paint?, vin etching, lojack... All of which are outrageously priced. However, after about an hour (literally a straight hour of warranty talk, with me saying "no" over and over), my father (who I brought since I needed a ride there) totally feel for it and pushed it no me. I was able to cancel it however, about a month after going back and forth of signing this and that. They reluctantly gave me my full money back (I called 10 minutes after buying the car and told them I wanted to cancel, so xxxx right they did). In all, don't buy a single extra thing besides the car; A SINGLE EXTRA THING!!! Other than that, great people (for car salesman). More
