Mike Rocchi and Faulkner Mazda made buying a new car easy. The selection to choose from was awesome. Our experience of buying a new car was hassel free. I wish to rescind my previous comment written on this site. There was a misunderstanding upon the delivery of my new Mazda CX7 I did not notice a minor ding nor did the Faulkner dealership upon delivery site. There was a misunderstanding upon the delivery of my new Mazda CX7 I did not notice a minor ding nor did the Faulkner dealership upon delivery. When the Faulkner dealership was made aware of my concerns pertaining to the ding and the initial repair the dealership definitely went all out to satisfy me. The CX7 was taken to Faulkner's body shop and returned to me in perfect condition. I do believe that if Faulkner was aware on the finger nail size ding at deliver it would have been brought to my attention and corrected. I did learn whether purchasing a Mazda or a Rolls Royce to go over the vehicle at delivery carefully. Things happen and can more easily be corrected when found immediately. I recommend Faulkner for negotiating a very good deal and working hard with you to earn a sale. Brandon Muffett our sales consultant was extremely patient with me being a very difficult customer. I honestly believe Faulkner Mazda to be an honest and sincere dealership that wants to satisfy and earn customers. Upon my experience with Faulkner Mazda I found everyone to be helpful and respectful. When we are looking for another vehicle I definitely will consider Faulkner Mazda and without hesitation would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda to friends and family. More
