Brandon got me (and my family) into the showroom because he was nice enough to discuss a potential car sale over the phone with me (something that most car salespeople will not do). Obviously, I wasn't going to visit their showrooms. Because of his willingness to converse with me about pricing over the phone and because he was very prompt in getting back to me I decided to visit their showroom. All thru the sales process Brandon was very cordial and professional which was very appreciated by me and my family. I must say however, that everyone we dealt with at Faulkner Mazda was equally as cordial and professional. We felt the buying experience was as good as a car buying experience can get. It is our hope that the Faulkner Mazda Service Department can live up to the reputation of their Sales Department. Me and my family can only hope so. This dealership is the best! My husband and I will only come here for our vehicles. From the first car, Renee bent over backwards to make sure to get us through car shopping as easily as possible.
