I went to the dealership because it was in the neighborhood where I grew up and I wanted to look at Mazdas. I originally went looking for a Mazda 3, which they had, but I didn't like. I saw the neighborhood where I grew up and I wanted to look at Mazdas. I originally went looking for a Mazda 3, which they had, but I didn't like. I saw the Mazda CX7 and loved it. It was more expensive, but at no time did my salesman (Preston) pressure me to buy that over the Mazda 3. In fact I was never pressured at all while I was there, even though I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing. Preston stayed late and talked to me about the various things I wanted in a car. I love the car, love the price, and I loved the service. Very professional and helpful, but without the normal pressures and fear that comes with buying a new car. I highly recommend Faulker Mazda. I went to Faulkner Mazda looking to lease a brand new Mazda 3 i Sport. I have spent the previous week or so working out lease price options with Regina through email. She was extremely helpful and cooperative as I asked a ton of questions trying to find the deal that was best for me. Once I decided to visit the dealership to Regina to me exactly who to ask for when I arrived. Arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Preston, I told him I had spoken with Regina and that she had directed me to the Financial Manager Mike. Preston gave me the space I needed to browse the lot for a few minutes then was a great help in getting together all the preliminary processes out of the way. I was happy to find out that Regina had passed along all the information we had discussed previously and that the terms her and I had agreed upon were all there on paper for Preston and Mike. After getting me a test drive and offering some additional coverages, Preston and Mike were able to get the rest of the financial matters hashed out. And after signing a few papers, I had a brand new car. Preston was extremely knowledgable about the car and Mike was more than helpful in answering my questions and explaining how the lease price was developed. The entire process was low pressure. At no time did I feel bullied or pressured into signing a more expensive lease. More

When I called Faulkner Mazda on June 7, and inquired about the Mazda2, the salesman Steve was very polite and told me a little bit about the vehicle. I had done research so I knew what he was telling m about the Mazda2, the salesman Steve was very polite and told me a little bit about the vehicle. I had done research so I knew what he was telling me was true. I was determined not to give my phone number because I did not want to be hassled by a saleman. By the end of the conversation I knew that Steve would not harrassed me, so I did give him my number. His hours were 9 to 5 on the day that I called. I told him that I would not beable to get there until 5:15pm, He offered to stay and wait until my husband and I arrived. We actually arrived about 4:45pm, and left the dealership at about 7:30pm with our new car. We were well informed, learned the important things about the car. Our over all experience was excellent. By far one of the most pleasant car purchasing experience I had. I was a part of many other car sales, with friends and family and those do not even compare. I first met Dave Fasoline when I was just browsin I had. I was a part of many other car sales, with friends and family and those do not even compare. I first met Dave Fasoline when I was just browsing and wanting to get information about what I wanted and what was available. He was always friendly and courteous and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and that all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed or hurried at any point through the sales process. Dave really took the time to talk to me, get to know a little about me which really made the whole experience great. In addition to being friendly and courteous Dave always exhibited a professional attitude towards myself and my family members.
