I came to Faulkner Mazda because of its overwhelmingly positive reviews, close distance to home, previous family experience, and active online presence. As a younger driver, I rely heavily on technology for my purchasing decisions, thus the ability to chat live with a sales rep was great. Alexei, took the time to answer all of my questions in a timely manner via online chat, and assured me that he and his team would strive to earn my business - matching its competitors special lease pricing and terms. At the end of our online chat, I promised Alexei I would stop by on Saturday; however, due to the rain I was unable to make it out. On Monday I took a trip out to Faulkner, where I was able to navigate the lot in a non-pressured environment. After a few minutes, I was approached by a gentleman who kindly directed me to Alexei. Alexei was extremely personable and eager to please. He asked the exact model I would like to test drive; body style, color, options, with or without accompaniment. Before our test drive he went into great detail about the vehicle, and allowed me to have my preference on the "test course". Alexei was not overbearing on the ride and allowed me to drive the vehicle the way I WANTED, within limitations, and not the generic manner I have become accustomed to with other dealers. Upon return to the lot, negotiations went smoothly, and were fair on both trade-in value and leasing pricing/terms. There was no point in time that I felt pressured or not in control of the purchase. The only thing I wish to have been better explained, was the co-signing process. Also, I must admit I felt a tad bit uncomfortable having to call my future employer to ask that they confirm my employment, and felt that this could have been better accomplished. All in all, I attribute this to just a simple miscommunication/misunderstanding on both parties behalf, which did not impede the the transaction at all. Everything was 100% taken care of and Alexei made the signing process quick and seamless :). On a side note, on the day of purchase I was unable to thoroughly inspect the vehicle due to the rain we have been having. The next day I was able to take a closer look at the car and found a few defects, which I was assured would be taken care of - there is no doubt in my mind that they will be. Alexei has been a wonderful salesman, and I am extremely happy with my purchasing decision so far! Thank for all your time and efforts!! More

I usually do not rate dealers but I just had to let everyone know how fabulous this dealership truly is. I have been searching for a car for over 8 months. I had a 2008 Saturn Vue and hated it. The wasn't bad, it was just an older car with none of the "perks" that newer cars came with. I also have a 10 month old daughter and wasn't impressed with the safety features. I went to THREE different dealers: Hyundai, Chevy, Nissan; no one appraised my car for more than 10, 000 (they all said that was the best they could do). I didn't settle for that because I kept my car clean and it had low miles. At the time my car was appraised, I owed $16,000, meaning $6,000 was going to be added to any car I purchased new or old. I totally wasn't impressed. While researching vehicles, I really liked the Mazda CX-7. I went to the Faulkner Mazda website and used their online chat system. Alex was very helpful online so I decided to come in to see what type of service they would provide. Just from the online chat, when my huband and I walked through the door, Alex greeted us by name! We were already impressed. Everyone was very kind and NOT PUSHY (I hate pushy salesmen). Mike appraised my car for 12,000; the highest anyone ever apprasied my car for :) And I only owed $13, 500, which means Faulkner Mazda nearly cashed out my old car. We were pleased and excited! Alex kept his word and kept me in the range I wanted to be in (in regards to car payments). My husband and I left that evening with a brand NEW 2011 MAZDA CX-7. I felt blessed and wanted to share my experience with everyone. The men that work at Faulkner Mazda are not trying to run any scams, they are completely honest and want to do what is in the best interest of the customer. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a realiable car and experience outstanding service!!!! More

Even several days after the sale, he worked to help me with information about the car and items that were of concern to me. His follow-up was prompt and thorough. My only regret is that I live too far away (60 miles) for it to be feasible to return for service. I am sure that, were I to do so, I would find the same committment to excellence. I went a number of different dealership I hated the running back and forth that they did, but faulkner mazda did not do that. they were amazing.
