Usually when I see a rating with all 5s I'm skeptical, however, in this case it is absolutely accurate. In 1999, I purchased a Protege from this dealership. Renee Fargason, who was my sales consultant in '99, is still there and she is every bit as nice and professional as I remember. She did not resort to high pressure tactics like some other dealers. She is knowledgeable about the different models and answered all my questions. It was a pleasurable experience from when I walked in the door to look at cars until I drove away in my new Mazda 6. I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly Renee. More

We purchased a Mazda CX-9 this week at Faulkner. From start to finish it was a great car buying experience -- Regina provided competetive pricing for the purchase and a realistic range of what to expect start to finish it was a great car buying experience -- Regina provided competetive pricing for the purchase and a realistic range of what to expect for my trade ahead of time via email. They provided 2 models for us to test drive (prepping them in the pouring rain), let us take our time driving and evaluting them with no pressure, and were knowledgable when we had questions. When we decided to purchase, negotiations went quickly with none of the games other dealers employ. They had the car prepped and we were driving home within a couple of hours (most of which was our time evaluating the models). This is my second car purchase at Faulkner (bought a 2006 Mazda6 from Joe 5 years ago and it is still going strong!). Would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda!! More

This is the first time I've bought a car from this dealership, and everyone seemed to know their stuff.
