She was incredibly helpful with each purchase and very easy to deal with. I never felt pressured to make a decision and she always took the time to listen. I felt we walked away with a very fair deal. We live about an hour away from the dealership in Downingtown.. Although I had a great experience with the first CX-9 we purchased from Faulkner, we did shop around closer to my home. We did not get anywhere near the treatment we did from Faulkner. I would say that the local Mazda dealer did not offer a deal anywhere close to Faulkner; they under-valued my trade-in CX-9 significantly; and, they were rude when I objected to their deal. At this point, I would ONLY consider buying another Mazda from Faulkner. More

I stopped in this week to look at some new 2016 Mazda CX5s and met with Renee Fargason to see if we could make a deal. Renee was my sales associate when I bought my last vehicle in 2013. Renee is knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough when handling your car buying needs. None of your typical car buying nonsense going on here. Renee tries to find a common ground where both the dealer and you, the buyer, gets a fair deal. My two purchases at Faulkner went quickly and were painless. By the way, I had my 2013 serviced exclusively at Faulkner and what stands out is your car is serviced in a reasonable amount of time and the cost never exceeded the amount they quoted when coming in. Other than scheduled maintenance, the only work needed on my 2013 was tires and brakes at 50000 miles. I love this car and the Faulkner dealership. At 59 years of age I can honestly say that my 2 purchases through Renee at Faulkner have been the most pleasant purchases of a car I have ever had. More
