The salesperson, in particular listened to me, offered alternatives and we had a test drive that confirmed my original choice. He got me a great deal within my financial parameters. When the “finance” person sat with me and offered some additional options that upped the monthly cost, I agreed, but later I regretted some of that deal and returned the following day to see about making some changes. I was treated well and we renegotiated my contract to get back to a number I was comfortable with while keeping the parts of the options that I still wanted. All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. More
