He showed us several vehicles, had us test drive whichever one(s) we wanted. He had a lot of patience and didn't rush me even when he had to keep running out in the bitter cold. I made my choice and scheduled a purchase/pick-up date for later that week. Unfortunetly Scott was sick on my pickup day so he arranged to have Jared Neff handle the delivery for him. Jared, like Scott, was very knowledgeable and went over everything to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and familiar with all the features. If I had was to purchase another vehicle I would be hard pressed to choose which of the two I would have as my 'Salesman" Frank Bernhard handled the paperwork end of the purchase. He too was very good at what he does and unlike others whom I have purchased a vehicle from, he made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. He did not just shove papers at me saying 'sign here'. During our 'wait' time we were approached by several other employees asking if we needed help or something to drink. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was very friendly. More

The sales rep even stayed late to go over the vehicle in detail with me. From setting up my phone to reminders for my next service appointment. Used vehicle negative experience After viewing on-line pictures of a used 2013 Silverado stock # DZ248525 (currently on their site as of 11/4) negotiated CASH deal (last week of Oct.) After viewing on-line pictures of a used 2013 Silverado stock # DZ248525 (currently on their site as of 11/4) negotiated CASH deal (last week of Oct.) in the amount of $26,500. (original listing $27,500.). Delivery was to be following day (10-31) pending inspection and test driving. Drove 4 hrs (from NY) to dealership and arrived promptly at stated time. Attendant pulls vehicle around front of dealership - Reminder: They were very much aware of my arrival time yet truck wasn't even washed (hood,windshield were fility , fuel tank was on fumes, some fluids were low ... Complete lack of predelivery preparation/inspection. Found two body issues that were not apparent in pictures nor disclosed over phone. Having finding these I simply wanted to try to come to an agreeable resolution so I may purchase the truck and drive the appx. 300 miles home. They were not even willing to discuss/negotiate further stating "we're already taking a loss on this truck"......... Given that I drove a considerable distance I'm confident they assumed I would take it at any cost. In the end, they let an out of state customer with cash in hand - walk - and so I did. 2 days later (on 11/2) they reduce the on-line listing price by $500 to $27,000.......... ????? 9 days later they reduce the on-line price an additional $500 ($26,500 - my original negotiated price on Oct 31st.)?? After being aware of my dissatisfaction truck was offered to me for $26,000 approximately 11 days later. While I appreciate the follow up gesture, this now is not enough discount to warrant me (return) driving another 8hrs, (roundtrip) , and 600miles. Had they been willing to have a dialog with me in the first place pertaining to my concerns and had extended me this offer I would have purchased the vehicle. With cash in hand - to not even show any interest in making a customer happy.... just made no business sense. I'm sorry to say my experience was not a good one with Faulkner Subaru when trying to purchase this used vehicle and many others have become aware of this matter also. More
