Staff at Faulkner were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the first person I spoke to on the phone all the way through to pick up our car after repairs, all were friendly and helpful. Excellent dealership. My dad was looking for a Toyota on the Faulkner Toyota website. We found a 2015 RAV4 and it happened to be at the Subaru dealership. He made an appoi My dad was looking for a Toyota on the Faulkner Toyota website. We found a 2015 RAV4 and it happened to be at the Subaru dealership. He made an appointment and we drove down to check it out. Upon arrival we met our salesman Caleb. He made the entire experience great. There was absolutely no pressure. We never once felt rushed, he answered every question and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle despite looking at a Toyota at at Subaru dealership. There were no games, no lies, no fake pricing. The vehicle condition was exactly as described. The car hadn’t been fully serviced yet because it was a recent trade. Caleb let us know that it wouldn’t be ready for a few days, which was fine, because my dad didn’t need it that day. He kept in communication with us for the next few days and kept us updated on when the car would be ready. The day of pickup went just as smooth. If I had to saying anything negative it would be the finance department was understaffed and it took much longer than expected to get the paperwork for the sale completed. It wasn’t the end of the world but we did wait an hour for our turn which I didn’t expect. At the end of the day out of 45 vehicles I purchased in my life I’d say this dealership is absolutely in the top 5. If you are looking for a Subaru or any other preowned vehicle I’d 100% recommend Faulkner and specifically Caleb. More
