My second Outback from Faulkner I just purchased my second Outback from Faulkner Subaru, Harrisburg. A lot has changed at the dealership since I bought my 2010 Outback. The dealers I just purchased my second Outback from Faulkner Subaru, Harrisburg. A lot has changed at the dealership since I bought my 2010 Outback. The dealership was a combination of Mazda and Subaru. It is now now just a Subaru dealership and has expanded its service department with drive in bays. The customer service area is very nice. I worked with Sandy on both purchases. She is a very personable and pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgeable on the Subaru vehicles. Sandy is one of the reasons I decided on my second Outback. I really liked the sales portion of the dealership when it was smaller, but I understand the need for its growth. Sandy took me for a test and covered the new features of the Outback. She is a great asset to the Faulkner Subaru Sales team. More

Great experience from start to finish Sandy and the Faulkner Subaru team are awesome! I initially visited the dealership because I was interested in test driving a Forester. Sandy took me out for a spin and went over the features of the car. Everything seemed great, until I realized that I didn't have enough headroom with the moonroof which was required for the features I wanted. Sandy was understanding and told me to think it over and get back in touch. A few days later, my fiancee and I decided that an Outback might be a better fit. So, I went back to Sandy for another test drive. She was very accommodating and just great to work with all around. She answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and didn't play any games. When we finally decided to purchase, we had pretty specific specs outlined, and I fully expected to have to order the vehicle from the factory. However, Sandy was able to find the exact car we wanted at another location and brought it in a few days later. We were able to work out an agreeable price, and the rest is history! After purchasing the car, Sandy followed up to make sure we were happy with everything, which was really awesome. Most salespeople I have worked with in the past forgot about me the next day--not the case with Sandy! We will definitely come back again when we are in need of another vehicle. A+!! More
