After the other test drive, we came back and said we wanted to purchase the Outback in the showroom. It was ready for us to drive home that day!! There were none of the "gimmicks" that we have experienced with other dealerships and we've been shopping for about three weeks before making this purchase. The whole process was deceptive. They sold me a Volvo and the car had a major problem with the transmission. I bought an extended warranty on this vehicle and when I eventually traded it in, I was promised a full refund by the dealership only to receive 92%. There excuse was that they forgot to send the paperwork in on time. I have never experienced anything like this at any other dealership and would recommend for everyone to avoid these people like the plague. Their practices are deceptive and they just care about customers. I even had a check removed by someone there from my glove box while my car was in for service. I find all of this stuff unbelievable in todays world. I have dealth with other Faulkner dealers with good success but not these people. It makes me wonder about the owners and their letting practices like demonstated to me continue. More
