I was pretty upset with learning my 2011 Legacy needed work, which was not an easy fix. I asked him for a loaner car to use since I had to work. He let me have a new 2016 Legacy to use till mine was fixed. I fell in love with all the new updates and how wonderful it drove. I was hooked. When my car was finished, I went to sales to see if my previous Sales person was working, and she was working. Sandy Dragavon has been outstanding with both of my purchases through Faulkner. After her and the finance department worked their magic, I now own a new 2016 Legacy. I really like the new upgrades. The amount of time that David and Jason spent with me explaining all my paperwork was greatly appreciated. I am sure that when the time comes that I will also buy my third Subaru from Sandy. I now have two beautiful Subaru Legacys' in my driveway! More

The staff was not pushy and truly listened to my needs and responded appropriately. I was disappointed at the trade in value they presented me the first time and did require some negotiation. All-in-all I have no complaints and would recommend this dealership to a friend. They are a very busy dealership, so plan ahead. Clearly they are popular as evidence by the amount of traffic. No issues for me, they checked on me constantly if I had to wait because I had no appointment. More
