Place is going down hill....awful. I had an appointment scheduled for 1000, with a loaner car guaranteed by a service member staff. When I arrived there were cars all over the placed r I had an appointment scheduled for 1000, with a loaner car guaranteed by a service member staff. When I arrived there were cars all over the placed randomly blocking traffic, no order at all. When I went inside all of the faces are new. A man behind counter told me all the loaner cars are on a first come first serve basis, but I could rent one from Enterprise and they would reimburse me. He was rude and dismissive, not at all helpful. Waste of time 100%, went to another service area. Get your act cleaned up guys!!! More

Poor Customer Service I felt as though I wasn’t given an accurate solution to my problem and was marginalized due to being an elderly woman. Today I had my car serviced in Bethlehem. After I dropped the car off, I took a shuttle back home. That was at 11AM. They did not finish until close to 4PM and when the shuttle came, there were 2 other peopl the car off, I took a shuttle back home. That was at 11AM. They did not finish until close to 4PM and when the shuttle came, there were 2 other people in the car! We definitely weren’t even 3 feet apart! The driver said that Sara Early, the service advisor told him to pick everyone up together, not safe for the driver or the customers, myself included. I will not be returning to this Subaru service center! More

Everyone at Faulkner Subaru was very welcoming and easy to work with. I felt that the salesperson, Danielle, really went out of her way to listen to what was important to me in a vehicle and matched me to to work with. I appreciated the service rep keeping me informed of what they were doing rather than just fixing the car and then billing me. I also Like the express service for certain repairs ( no appointment ) This dealership is an hour from my home but worth the extra half hour drive. It is a Friendly, helpful and professional operation. More
