I met Zach on a Saturday approximately 25 minutes before closing. I had just stopped in to see the inside of a Subaru Crosstrek in person. I told Zach the criteria in which I wanted in a car. I had a VERY tight budget. He did a search and found some options for me. Although he did explain leases very well to me, my husband & I were not interested in a lease at all. However, with Zach's pitch, I strongly considered it. We found the exact car with all the features I wanted. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. I wanted the weekend to think about the purchase. I went back on Monday and proceeded with the purchase. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had out of the 9 car buying experiences I have had in my life.

Be very wary of their 152-point mechanical inspection. They take pride in this. It means nothing. Days after I bought my 2024 Subaru here, my check engine light went on and I had an electrical issue. They fixed it. BUT 6 months after I bought it, my trusted personal mechanic went to rotate my tires and found significant cracking in the walls of 3 of my tires -- which were originals (the fourth had been replaced before I bought the car). I took it back to Ciocca and they said they saw the cracks but it still would pass inspection. So I'm on my own. Six months in and I'm going to need new tires. So much for Subaru's vaunted quality inspection. If you want a Subaru, buy it elsewhere.

We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. We are very satisfied with the lease of this car. We've had it about 19 months and we can not say enough positive about it. We are both 81 and just completed a 10 hour trip driving 601 miles. We do this about four times a year. Riding and driving in this car allows us to arrive fresh and reasonably rested. We love it and can not say enough positive about it. The gas mileage is terrific even at highway speeds. Its a very safe car! We've recommended it to our friends two of which have purchased their own too. Our church parking lot looks like a Subaru dealership!
