Bad Service The price keeps increase very time When I go to visit, that’s no fair for I need to go home to consider, Because the manager Brandon is horrible,he The price keeps increase very time When I go to visit, that’s no fair for I need to go home to consider, Because the manager Brandon is horrible,he is never greeting,on last time he only said that’s his final decision for $23000 whatever and he said not care which manager give me other price $21900 for 0% financial for me go home to decide, and he didn’t be nice to find out who give me lower price and what he can do better to let me buy that car, look like he doesn’t care our customer and business at all Zachary he was ok, but since second time I contact he then he already lost his patient for asking about some ask car, on last time before I pay At least I call he 3 time but he never reply, Be honest and in fact every buyer the first consideration is price, of course I like this car already from beginning But why can’t i ask again for lower price not keeping $1000 more, But maybe that’s strategy from Faulkner Toyota, they may get reward from doing that, But as customer didn’t get the better service and I know other Toyota can do better than that, I decide to spend money because I like that car, but doesn’t mean I didn’t care the customer service, kind stupid I don’t know any improve if I write down this, I hope the FEEDBACK will really reform More

I had gone to 2 other toyota de After visiting several car dealerships in the Doylestown and Langhorne areas, I had decided on a RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I had gone to 2 other toyota dealerships and was told could not find color I wanted and the other could not sport up with add-ons as I requested. I called Eric Santos at 7 pm on a thursday, explained the situation and was hoping to get the RAV ASAP as there was a discount possibly ending 9/1 I didnt want to miss out on. He made several calls to investigate and immediately called me back. He located the EXACT car I wanted, patiently took all the notes on my specific add-ons, and had the car transported to Faulkner Toyota's lot by noon on Friday. He worked on getting us the price we had in mind to pay and the deal was smooth sailing. No tacky sales talk! Just facts and pricing as to why's and why not's. He then walked us into Timothy Mellor for financing. Again.... polite, friendly, informative on all of Toyota's warranty packages, pricing and was EXTREMELY patient explained the options. It was an extremely friendly feeling walking in the door. I would highly recommend Faulkner Toyota and Eric for anyone simply gathering information on new cars or looking for a specific car.
