Service Center failure I called Service & explained when I backed up, there was no audio acting as a back-up sensor that I was getting close to the car behind me. I was told I called Service & explained when I backed up, there was no audio acting as a back-up sensor that I was getting close to the car behind me. I was told my auto did in fact have that feature & I needed to come in & have it remedied. When I went in on August 22, I was told my auto did not have the back-up sensor feature. Hence, a wasted trip. Not very happy! More
