Awesome sales and financial service....detailing dept fell s We purchased two new vehicles the night we were there Sales and financial services were professional, thorough, personable and made the experience ex We purchased two new vehicles the night we were there Sales and financial services were professional, thorough, personable and made the experience exceptional in spite of us being there later than closing time to finish the transactions. My purchase was a demo model. It was dark when i drive it home. I noticed the next morning in daylight that the car had not been thoroughly cleaned. The dashboard was dusty, the cup holders had particles in them as did the area where the gear shift is. Dust and particles were settled in various crevices. Smudges were on the glove box and doors. My husband and I returned to the dealer that afternoon to bring a check to finish the sale. The salesman was off so I asked the finance manager if it was an appropriate expectation on my part to ask for the car to be cleaned. She immediately made a call and scheduled an appointment for me to have the car detailed, explaining it would take 2 hours. She also expressed that she would not be in that day. When I arrived the day of the apptmt I went to our salesman and explained the situation. He immediately offered to take the car to where it needed to be. About 20 minutes later he returned to me with my keys....the detailing was supposedly done. I questioned being told it would be two hours and was assured that wasn’t needed. When i returned to my car the dash was no longer dusty. My perception is that was the only thing they cleaned. All other issues were still evident. I went and purchased interior car wipes and cleaned everything myself. I’ve always experienced that when you drive the car off the lot everything has been checked over to make sure the car was in tip top shape. That was not the case this time and that’s disappointing, particularly with a 2 car purchase and being returning customers because of the excellent standards we have experienced with Faulkner. More

My Next Tacoma ! It was time ! My 2007 Tacoma was getting a little old in the tooth, still ran great , just like me getting old. Since it was close out time I decide It was time ! My 2007 Tacoma was getting a little old in the tooth, still ran great , just like me getting old. Since it was close out time I decided to look at a 2018 to replace my faithful aging Tacoma. I didn't hesitate at all to return to Faulkner since purchasing 4 vehicles there before. I looked for my trusted salesman, Marc Handelsman, with whom we dealt with before to see what he had to offer that day. We have a history with Marc, who doesn't try to oversell you, works within your budget and has always advised us well. Needless to say he sold us a pair of vehicles once again, a Tacoma to replace my aging truck, which retained quite a bit of value in trade, and a new RAV4 to replace my wifes' aging Camry. Can't say enough about Marc and Faulkner. We have used Faulkner for service on all our Toyota's and will continue to do so. Faulkner as a dealer has well trained courteous caring people at each position, making each experience a pleasant one, whether you are in to shop for a car or come in for service, they have always treated me fairly, courteously and honestly. Love the service reps ! More

Faulkner is very lucky to have him. I also had the pleasure to work with Michael who again did not pressure me for the sale worked with me to make sure I was making the right decision since I did not intend to buy a car on my visit I will definitely make sure I let everyone know how amazing Faulkner Toyota is because I can see why they have been in bisnuess for so long!
