Great experience! I couldn't be happier. I put a request on Edmunds.com for a Toyota Highlander XLE. I was contacted by about 10 dealerships in area. Some would not provide the info I requested, they just wanted to get me in to the dealership. Others tried to pull the bait & switch. My experience with Tim from Faulkner was great! It was simple, straightforward and easy to do business. There was no BS from him, he didn't play any games. Everything from my initial phone call with Tim to signing the paperwork was easy and enjoyable. The Highlander in the color that I wanted was not in stock when we spoke but he was able to get me exactly what I wanted without any hassle. I definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Toyota to deal with Tim and the team at the Faukner dealership in Trevose. More
