Had it been my choice, I would have purchased the vehicle. We went on to buy a new Honda Pilot which I never liked. Four years ago we came back and purchased a new Toyota Carolla for my husband. Most recently, my Pilot needed some work. I did not want to put money into a car I did not like. Therefore, I went to Faulkner to look at a used Toyota sienna minivan they had on the lot. They worked nicely with me and met my family’s needs. I was able to make a deal right then and there. Mike S. In used car sales was pleasant to deal with and took good care of me. He was not your typical used car salesman, thankfully. Steve the manager was pleasant as well. He followed through with making arrangements for me to have a hitch installed and some minor cosmetic fixes to be made to the car the week after my purchase. Tim and Mike in finance were very patient and understanding throughout the financing process. They were able to find me a suitable warranty that fit my needs and budget. Overall, great experience. Outstanding service I brought my car in after driving over a piece of antenna that punctured my tire causing it to go flat. Since I recently replaced all four tires, I was hoping they were still under warranty and they were. Greg Koldhoff provided excellent customer service as usual. When I walked in and told Greg what happened, he immediately went to work to fix my problem. Although they were very busy that day, Greg made me feel like I was priority number one. He spoke with the service guys and my car was taken car of quickly. Greg let me know approximately how long it would take so I could make a decision to stay or go home. Which was important since it was a work day. I appreciate how quickly Greg got a new tire and the maintenance crew got it on my car. Greg is always a pleasant and accommodating when I bring my car in for service. I realy enjoy dealing with him because I know he will tell me what’s going on and give me some workable options. That is the reason I continue to bring my car to the dealership. Great job Greg! More
