Inspection/oil appointment Staff is always very considerate! Have an 8 AM appointment for oil change and inspection. Recommend BUT took 2 times to get minor fender damage repaired and to have repainted. Fender wasn't seated properly and clear coat was dried and left with a hardened drip spot to get minor fender damage repaired and to have repainted. Fender wasn't seated properly and clear coat was dried and left with a hardened drip spot that I could peel into with my thumb that was going back into the painted fender/quarter panel. The 1st time I had gone to Faulkner after being called that the damage was repaired, the "gentleman" at the desk asked was how am I going to pay? Cash or credit? I said can I look at the car 1st? He handed my keys and said it was outside somewhere and to push the alarm button to find it! Are you kidding me? Couldn't get off his seat and show me to where my car was nor go over the repair that was done. I was PISSED needless to say. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When finding my car and saw the repair, I was NOT happy! Took them another week to correct the repair. I was then satisfied. More

They did manage to get my husband a good price, I think, on a new Camry and that part was good. It was when we went back for routine service that changed our minds a little bit, more mine than his. I felt like the wait was way too long but apparently it was normal, just putting that out there but when I went to pay and talk to the cashier is when the experience went form slightly impatient to - B!shhhh you better not be playing with me! When you are in customer service you have to put your phone down and pay attention. I mean seriously, seriously. She went from the cell phone to the work phone and put up a finger as to tell me I needed to hold on!?! I have been staring at you for 5 mins, why am I still the one standing there? Now mind you, I was already a little antsy and beyond my patient threshold but seriously this woman only added to my frustrations. Maybe if I would have texted her she would have taken care of me first! More
