Amazing Experience My sales representative was welcoming towards me and gave me all the information I needed and more in order to make a purchase. I talked to him through email before coming in so that I had an idea of the price and the car that I wanted. He was great at responding to me in a timely manner. When I came to the dealership he was extremely thorough in explaining the specs of the car and he gave me a great price that I was happy with. He also explained to me when to get oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections. Before I drove the car off the lot, he made sure the car was set up for me (such as lane departure alert and the Entune system). Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More

Dealer's Warranty Not What I Thought My car is 2-1/2 years old, a 2015 Avalon XLE, and the air conditioner stopped working. I took it in and was told it needed a new condenser and freon. My car is 2-1/2 years old, a 2015 Avalon XLE, and the air conditioner stopped working. I took it in and was told it needed a new condenser and freon. I was then told it was not covered under the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty I was told I had when I bought the car. The reason I was given was that the condenser was damaged, possibly due to a rock hitting it, which is not covered. I think this is bogus, as this seems to be normal wear and tear on a car. How can you avoid rocks bouncing up and hitting your car? I was told that if I had purchased the extended warranty, the repair would be covered. However, I read the extended warranty booklet, and it says that it picks up after the basic warranty ends, so I don't see how that would have helped. There was nothing in the booklet which said it would cover damage to a component like my car experienced, unless I read it wrong. Cost was about $600. They did knock if $100, which I appreciated, but it still doesn't seem right to me. More
