I talked to him through email before coming in so that I had an idea of the price and the car that I wanted. He was great at responding to me in a timely manner. When I came to the dealership he was extremely thorough in explaining the specs of the car and he gave me a great price that I was happy with. He also explained to me when to get oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections. Before I drove the car off the lot, he made sure the car was set up for me (such as lane departure alert and the Entune system). Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase from beginning to end.
