Dealer's Warranty Not What I Thought My car is 2-1/2 years old, a 2015 Avalon XLE, and the air conditioner stopped working. I took it in and was told it needed a new condenser and freon. My car is 2-1/2 years old, a 2015 Avalon XLE, and the air conditioner stopped working. I took it in and was told it needed a new condenser and freon. I was then told it was not covered under the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty I was told I had when I bought the car. The reason I was given was that the condenser was damaged, possibly due to a rock hitting it, which is not covered. I think this is bogus, as this seems to be normal wear and tear on a car. How can you avoid rocks bouncing up and hitting your car? I was told that if I had purchased the extended warranty, the repair would be covered. However, I read the extended warranty booklet, and it says that it picks up after the basic warranty ends, so I don't see how that would have helped. There was nothing in the booklet which said it would cover damage to a component like my car experienced, unless I read it wrong. Cost was about $600. They did knock if $100, which I appreciated, but it still doesn't seem right to me. More

Super Service Faulkner Toyota's service department is great. They treat me with respect, which not all service places do since I am a young woman. Since then, i’ve had the experience to show and learn from this “dealership”. They go above & beyond to accommodate not just the disabled but all their customers! Everyone who works at Faulkner makes you feel “important “ and “valuable”! I won’t go to anyone but Faulkner! My service rep Andrew was the best! It was my first maintenance since I purchased my “dream Highlander” at Faulkner...of course! More

Over the past years we have purchased 5 Corollas (including this 2018) with Alan Rhode being This week my wife and I purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla. Over the past years we have purchased 5 Corollas (including this 2018) with Alan Rhode being our sales person for all 5 purchases (1996, 2000, 2005, 2013 & 2018.) With each purchase Alan has been a superb sales person; assisting us with the color selection by walking with us on the lot, answering all our questions, explaining the car's instrument panel controls and switches, etc. Whenever we required service on one of our cars Alan was always there to help us. The service dept. is great; always fast & answering our questions. Like your commercials say "TO BE SURE". More
