Routine Maintenance They were quick which was great because I had my 9 month old with me. I made an appointment but I was still there no more than an hour and a half. Horrible customer service My car was at Faulkner for body work. The repairs took 6 weeks to complete. The paint did not match. They repainted parts of my car 3 times and the paint still does not match. I asked for them to repaint the entire car to match the paint and I was told “the car looks fine” by Steve in the collision center at Faulkner. I said I was unhappy and Steve walked away from me. They were very unprofessional to deal with. My car was brand new and I only had it 3 weeks when I was rear-ended and side swiped. Faulkner tried to deliver the car to me two times and I refused it due to mismatched paint. The third time I took the car only because each time the car looked worse then it previously did. They left the inside of the car dirty from where the stored some of the parts they removed when they were painting the car. Extremely rude staff and very unprofessional collision center! More
