Bruce patiently worked with me to get me into a RAV4 that met my budget and my driving needs. He listened closely to what I wanted with my vehicle and what all my concerns were. He made sure my budget was met and worked to get me to the payment I felt was what I could afford. All the team members we dealt at Faulkner were very helpful, considerate and pleasant to deal with. I don't like car shopping, but they all made it a pleasant experience for me. I would highly recommend this team to anyone shopping for a new or used car. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed. He is a guy who stands behind his word and is of the highest integrity (which I have learned the hard way is not common in car sales) I have worked in sales my entire life so I have very high expectations regarding a customers experience and Mike and the entire staff at Faulkner greatly exceeded them. Bill Blythe in finance was patient, willing to explain every detail and a absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family. Efficient Service I had bought a car off lease from Faulkner. As I taking possession, we noticed that the A/C system made a wierd noise at high fan speeds. The salesman recommended that I drive the car for a couple of days; if the noise was still present, the service dept would fix it. I drove it, the noise remained. I made the service appointment, and sure enough the service dept fixed it at no charge as promised. A leaf had caught in the blower mechanism. More

Service review The service team at Faulkner Trevose seem to have a complete understanding of all things Toyota. My service visit was one of the more complex issues o The service team at Faulkner Trevose seem to have a complete understanding of all things Toyota. My service visit was one of the more complex issues of repair but the service group gave me a time estimate of repair, a loaner and actually finished ahead of schedule. There were incidentals as a result of the warranty repair and the service team called me with periodic updates to insure me these additions were covered as well. I have my vehicle back, rides perfect and thank the team at Trevose. More
