The issues started when I picked up the loaner car and had to give the service person a credit card, when I asked him why he stated “I case you disappear and don’t return the rental” ; Really! Why would I take off with a RAV4 loaner and leave my brand new 2018 Higblander XLE that cost me over $10 more than the loaner was worth? I travel for business and rent cars on a regular basis, I usually get a copy of the rental agreement in case I was stopped and asked to produce registration, they said I didn’t get any paperwork, and usually the rental is clean, this car looked like the outside had not been washed in weeks. They took my vehicle and promised I would be 100% satisfied after they had it detailed at their Mercedes dealership. They had my car for over a week,when I returned to pick It up, the inside still was not completly cleaned, they used some type chemical on the inside door panels that discolored the plastic, they exterior was not clean and had dirty streaks in several areas, and we found a couple scratches in the left rear quarter panel. So now it is Saturday morning and we are spend our day off work waiting in the dealership while they attempt to fix the issues we have with this new vehicle. The Sales manager came out at dinner looked but just sent it back for additional work, he offered no apology for our inconvenience. I am a very loyal Toyota customer that bought my first Toyota in 1979, I have never had an experience like this at any other Toyota dealership. I am very disappointed with this experience. More

I was petrified when I leased my first car and David saw that and told me to relax and that my lease would go through. He was such a ray of sunshine on that day. I was tempted to leave a few times that day but David calmed me down and the next thing I knew I was driving my brand new Rav4 LE home. More

20000 Mile Check-up I took my 2015 Avalon in to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and to have mechanic look at a loose cover over threshold of drivers side door. When I took my 2015 Avalon in to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and to have mechanic look at a loose cover over threshold of drivers side door. When I spoke with Greg, he looked at my mileage and said that he recommended that I have the car serviced for 20000 mile check up even though I only had 16000+ miles on the car. He mentioned all of the checks covered in the 20000 and said that it would be less expensive than having oil changed, tires rotated, etc. I agreed. When I brought the car into the garage entrance, the serviceman noticed that my car was due for inspection in the near future and asked if I wanted it done along with the checkup. I said yes as it would save me another trip next month. More

She got me the best numbers possible and explained what was contained in each of the many documents clearly and succinctly. Could not have been treated any better. Also have to thank Tim Pinkerton for explaining my options available at lease end. My choices were laid out and presented clearly with no attempt to steer me in one direction. Also dealt with TIm for the initial lease contract. All my questions were answered; details were supplied' all with no pressure. More
