30,000 Mile Service I scheduled appointment after maintrnance light came on as recomnended. On the day of service, I was greeted by a mechanic immediately who gave me a n I scheduled appointment after maintrnance light came on as recomnended. On the day of service, I was greeted by a mechanic immediately who gave me a number and asked me to stwp up to check in counter. I was 3rd in line to see Greg Koldhoff and recognizing his line,was growing, he asked another service person to check me in to stop the wait. I didn't get his name but he dis so quickly. I was able to set my computer up and work remotely during service time. Greg came out to discuss recommendations after assessment complete and I agreed to 2 additional services on top of the standard for 30,000 miles. Entire service took about 2 hours but no issues. Car is working well. Overall, I trust the team and they treat me with respect. I've been coming to Faulkner since 2001 and no complaints. I do miss the team service concept where I made appt with Greg and he managed from the start until I drove off. I still look for him when I go and will wait for him even if there's a line but not always a guarantee as you just walk in and wait for next available service person. It takes time to build that trust and I have it with Greg and one or 2 others but not with all and do see differences. More

That car drove great, and helped me get and sustain my now current job. Then, I went to Mike again, and he helped me get my current 2010 Camry. Each time I went, Mike Steinberg was hospitable, easy to talk to, and really fought to make me happy. He was there every step of the way, and he was never judgey because of my not-so-great credit.
