Purchase of 2017 Camry I was initially at Faulkner for an oil change on my 2013 Camry. Tim Mellor knew I was coming so we sat down and spoke about a new car which I was thi I was initially at Faulkner for an oil change on my 2013 Camry. Tim Mellor knew I was coming so we sat down and spoke about a new car which I was thinking about anyway so thought "why not look". I was not in a rush to buy another vehicle, but he and his manager presented me with a great deal of a 2017 Camry XLE Black exterior with gray interior leather which is what I wanted. I originally wanted the black leather, but this car is stunning. Buying a car is like buying a house at times. Very trying and stressful, but happy after the adrenaline slows down. This is my 4th lease from Faulkner Toyota – Trevose, so needless to say, I can not say enough about the professional and knowledgeable sales staff there. After a few phone calls with Patty Kleber, she was able to have all of my paperwork ready for terminating my current lease and also have the preliminary paperwork ready for my new lease when I arrived at the dealership. Assisting Patty this time was Marc Handelsman, who along with Patty answered all of my questions about the new car and lease. They also showed me a few different colors that were available before deciding on the one I wanted after my test drive. The car I selected was then sent into the service area to be prepared for delivery while Marc completed all of my paperwork Tim Galen was great in explaining all the financial details and making sure I understood everything before signing any documents. Tim was also very professional and had all of my paperwork completed in a timely manner. Thanks again Tim!! Third times a charm So this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Stu. First one was a used 2003 Toyota Camry that we purchased 4 years ago for our daughter. She stil So this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Stu. First one was a used 2003 Toyota Camry that we purchased 4 years ago for our daughter. She still has it and it runs great!! Second was a 2015 Toyota Corolla that we leased from Stu and he delivered on every word he said about the car. Safe, reliable and economical and satisfying us to this day. Last week we were one day away from leasing a Kia Sportage but wanted to check in with Stu for some details on the RAV4. Well that's all it took. Without any pressure whatsoever Stu made us realize that the RAV4 was a better vehicle and a better fit for us. With an awesome trade value and an amazing payment on a RAV4 XLE AWD we proudly drove off the lot on Tuesday night with an amazing deal by a really great salesman in Stu.
