One sided story. About 2 weeks ago, I was getting ready to buy a car and a sales man at Faulker Toyota by the name of Issac Curnew helped me. Today, 8/27/15, around 8P About 2 weeks ago, I was getting ready to buy a car and a sales man at Faulker Toyota by the name of Issac Curnew helped me. Today, 8/27/15, around 8PM, I was getting ready to buy a car and wanted to compare prices between truecar and the price Issac gave me for 0% APR. However, when I approached the dealership today, in hopes to buy the car, I talked with the sales Jason Brown. We discussed a little and as soon as I mentioned the name Issac after finding out he went on vacation, his tone completely changed. He became rude to the point where I did not feel like buying a car even when I told him to calm down because he would not let me finish a sentence. His response when I told him to calm down, was that "no, you just couldn't get the price you wanted." This is not a response I wanted to hear since we were just barely getting to talking to numbers. We hadn't even sat down yet. I then was about to leave when my mother decided she wanted to let the manager(James Casey) know about it. When we walked back, to our surprise, not knowing what Jason Brown told the manager, James Casey threw us out and told us he did not need our business and told us to buy a car elsewhere. In short, if Issac Curnew was there, I think everything would have been perfect and I would have driven away with a car however dealing with Jason Brown made everything horrible. James Casey did not hear our side of the story when we walked back to the building and was told that "Get out. We don't need your business, buy a car elsewhere because we don't want you here." I don't know what Jason Brown told James Casey but he should have at least acted more professional and hear both side of the story. More

Excellent Experience After a very bad experience by another Toyota dealership, I called Faulkner Toyota Scion. They gave me an excellent on phone deal. But due to my past experience with a Toyota dealership I reluctantly went to Faulkner Toyota thinking in my mind this will be typical car buying experience where the sales guy will say “ oopps I forgot to charge you this or that”....... but Faulkner was not only excellent on phone they simply amazed me with the clean sales, no going back on numbers, stuck to the deal they stated on the phone, no surprise charges. Bruce my sales guy was soo friendly and nice, his Bruce pen, keychain made the experience so personal. Tim the financial guy, was a professional to the core , to the point and quick with his paperwork. James who gave me the deal initially on the phone stuck to his word. This is what I call a world class customer experience. Loved dealing with Faulkner Toyota would love to buy another car from them and recommend it to anyone looking for a car More
