Service is Horrible Came in for service for an oil change and they did not perform it at all. scheduled appointment for 830am they did not even bring truck into service bay till 930 can and told me i change and they did not perform it at all. scheduled appointment for 830am they did not even bring truck into service bay till 930 can and told me it was done at 10:15 and only preformed tire rotation not an oil change. asked why and they only had to say, "did you want to get that done now"? asked them to call me before appointment that did not happen at all. don't use the online app at all they don't use it for reference. I visited Faulkner Toyota to possibly purchase a used 2021 Jeep Gladiator on Saturday March 25th. I asked the salesman if he knew anything about the Jeep and he said “I don’t know” My wife and I waited in the lobby looking at other vehicles and we also like the new 4Runner. I was planning on trading a certified Porsche at which time the salesman gave me a trade in price well below the Kelly Blue Book value. He mentioned I paid too much for my Porsche. He treated us as if he was not willing to make a deal. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership. More
Called and said my AWD shut off and instead of trying to help me troubleshoot at all i was told it would be $160 to diagnose and it turned out I just needed to tighten my gas cap. My experience started with a simple call to enquire about a car I saw on Faulkner's website. I was lucky enough to get Fitz (aka James Fitzgerald). Fitz followed up with me later in the week when I could a a car I saw on Faulkner's website. I was lucky enough to get Fitz (aka James Fitzgerald). Fitz followed up with me later in the week when I could actually come see the vehicle (2+ hours away) and repeatedly made sure it was available for me. Fitz was the first salesperson that actually had the car ready and waiting when I arrived. Such a simple thing but shows he was thinking about me. Customer service from the very start. After our test drive, we then got to meet with Mike DeGuida (Sales Manager) who was a wealth of knowledge about the Jeep. He went well beyond "sales" and gave us invaluable information. Ultimately, he was able to give us a price we could agree on and then worked with us on our trade value as well. Fitz and Mike both continued to work with us over text, and on the day we picked it up, both had early days and did an excellent job to hand off to Michael Steinberg and Jason Brown (finance). The paperwork was ready and it was a comfortable and efficient transaction. They understood that we traveled a long distance to get there and had a long way to get back home. During the 2+ months that we were car shopping, I had horrible experiences **at other dealers**, even one owned by the same corporate family. Faulkner Toyota Trevose does it right and from my experience treats its customers well. Thank you Fitz, Mike * 2 and Jason!! I love my new-to-me Jeep! More

They have had my car for a month now and still keep changing my estimated finish date. Nobody returns any of my calls and I will never recommend this place. They keep giving me the run around and racki changing my estimated finish date. Nobody returns any of my calls and I will never recommend this place. They keep giving me the run around and racking up ny insurance bill for a minor bump on my front bumper. I hate that I even took my car there to start. The people aren't any help and when asked to speak to management they say someone will call you back. I bet if it were their own car it would have been fixed within a week. More
I contacted the Dealer to purchase a Tacoma. A month goes by and nothing not even a text so I contacted the dealer to see if they found anything and to make sure they knew I was still looking to purchase. The dealer contacted me back and said they wouldn't sell me a truck because I live out of state. What a waste of time. More

I would highly DISCOURAGE buying from FAULKNER I had an extremely unpleasant experience, first time every when buying a new car. How they could possibly screw up this transaction is ridiculous.
