My Faulkner Experience I was directed to Faulkner through a close friend of mine. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and welcomed into the dealership. James Casey had had a c I was directed to Faulkner through a close friend of mine. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and welcomed into the dealership. James Casey had had a car ready for me to test drive and I was introduced to Michael Mitchell who took me on the test drive. I was unsure of being in a Rav4 and was a little hesitant. Michael answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had questions about some of the different features and the differences between all wheel drive and four wheel drive which he expertly answered. Once back at the dealership after running some numbers, I decided to then look at the Corolla which Michael again had ready for me to test drive. He once again answered my questions about the different features of the car and humored my excitement about bluetooth by showing me how to hook up my phone. My final decision was to go with the Corolla and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Meeting with Dawn Markee in finance was a quick and easy process. She reviewed all of my options with me and went over everything before I signed. My car buying experience was very pleasurable and not at all what I thought it was going to be. Michael very politely walked me out to my cars and hooked up my bluetooth to my new car. It's the little things that matter and stand out when being provided customer service. More
Stay away. Drive a few more miles, and go to Team Toyota I thought long and hard about writing a negative review, but this place earned it. I went in to buy a 15 Tacoma. I ended up buying a demo that was use I thought long and hard about writing a negative review, but this place earned it. I went in to buy a 15 Tacoma. I ended up buying a demo that was used by their used car manager. That was my first mistake. That guy must have beat the heck out of this thing. The alignment was off, but I figured it wasn't a big deal. I took it into their service department, they "fixed" it and I went on my way. No sooner did I leave the lot, when I noticed the problem wasn't fixed. So I brought it back. I was met by the assistant service manager who told me he wouldn't have time to look at it because I didn't have an appointment. After asking to see the service manager, because I just bought the truck a few days ago, a spot opened for me. The manager drove my truck and acknowledged that the truck was STILL wrong. I left the truck overnight, and picked it up the next day. Surprise, surprise.....still not fixed. I then took it to a Sears Auto. They showed me exactly how off the truck is and explained that those numbers usually mean there is something bent. Best way to find out is to put it on a frame rack. I bring all of this info back to Faulkner, but get stonewalled by their "customer relations" woman. Who's nothing more than the secretary for the service manager. They wouldn't let me talk to the GM, sales manager, or the guy who used my truck as a demo. The service manager refused to but it on a frame rack and said he's never had to do that to align a vehicle. By this time, I tell the dealer and corporate, that I just want a new truck. I've only owned it for a week. The service manager tells me "that isn't happening". Next day, I hear from a sales manager. He tells me that if I want a new truck, there will be financial losses that I will have to absorb. The dealer wants me to just keep bringing it back so that their techs can keep trying to get it right. It's been in the shop three times, so why wasn't it fixed right the first time? So now since the dealer has washed their hands with it, and Toyota has been no help. The only next step is legal counsel and maybe calling fox 29, nbc 10 and cbs 3. Me being a disabled Air Force veteran, I'm sure they'll love to hear how I've been mistreated. UPDATE.....discovered today that my rear headrests are BACKWARDS! They are jammed in and can't be removed. The only way to fix it, is to break the clips that hold them in and replace them. Needless to say, I'll be letting Team Toyota handle it. NOT FAULKNER!! More

Of several dealerships, Faulkner Toyota is by far gave us excellent pricing and mos I reviewed the dealerships in NJ and PA for a 2015 Sienna AWD XLE. Of several dealerships, Faulkner Toyota is by far gave us excellent pricing and most important excellent customer service from beginning to end of sale. I am just amazed with their service and pricing - hands down. In the past, I bought two of my Toyota in NJ to support my community but this time it was sad that they cannot compete with Faulkner Toyota. Again Faulkner Toyota is in a league by themselves. If you want excellent price, excellent customer service, and no pressure, I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota. I informed all my church members of my buying experience. We end up buying a 2015 AWD, XLE with upgraded sound system and NAV, and Pearl white color at excellent price from Patty and Mike. These people are the go-to people.
