The Best Car Experience Ever- Bruce ROCKS! I went car shopping at Faulkner Toyota Scion last Saturday to look for my first new car. Beforehand, I was not so excited to do so, as I have heard I went car shopping at Faulkner Toyota Scion last Saturday to look for my first new car. Beforehand, I was not so excited to do so, as I have heard that this process is quite long and frustrating. With that said, my expectations immediately changed once I met Bruce Glantz. I must say that this was an amazing car shopping experience. Bruce was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, Bruce delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. We will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead!!! Thanks again! More

Everyone was personable and went the extra mile to meet my nee I met with Phil Gersh, Patty Kleber and Domenick Criscuolo, along w/the Service Team. Everyone was personable and went the extra mile to meet my needs. Within a short period of time I was walking out with a new 2015 Camry. I have been a Toyota Customer since 1998 and was not too pleased with my last purchase, in lieu of the oil consumption issue for my 2007 Camry. Patty Kleber walked me into the Service Department and they resolved this issue too! I was treated like a "valued customer" and the entire experience was a great one! Recall Question & phone call I called several dealers in the area to ask them about the recent Takata Recall for airbags. Most did not know the answer to this question. I wanted t I called several dealers in the area to ask them about the recent Takata Recall for airbags. Most did not know the answer to this question. I wanted to know if the new cars on the lot had a Takata airbag. I called Faulkner and asked: "Do the cars on your lot have Takata airbags." I was put on hold and then I was informed that "We can sell them." I called another dealer in NJ and was told that cannot sell a car with a open recall. Liberty Toyota will quarantine the car until it is repaired. I would be very leary to buy a car here if they are willing to sell it with a open recall. Another time, I received a phone call demanding what my decision was regarding a certain vehicle. How can you not know if the cars on the lot you work for have Takata airbags when the cutomer has to bring the vehicle back for repairts? They claim if you buy a car from them they will wash it for the life of the vehicle. They do not have a car wash. More
