I am more than thrilled with my 2013 RAV4, so much that when my daughter needed a reliable vehicle I gave her my 2013 and leased a 2015 RAV4 for myself! I went to Thompson Toyota first, they gave me laughable number for my trade and said i'd need over 3 grand out of pocket so i left went home and looked on line at faulkner toyota and e-mailed them. Patty from faulkner got back to me and assured me driving the 24 miles to see them would be worth the trip, so i did and dealt with Marc Handelsman, told him about experience with thompson toyota and my credit and my trade and his exact words were "we're different, we don't waste people's time we'll make you happy" firstly they gave me a Great price for the corolla, then he blew my mind with the # they gave me for my trade.Dawn in finance made the whole process easy and fun, she's on your side as well - long story short i realized thompson wasn't giving me anything for my trade thats why they wanted 3 grand down. i have my 15' corolla S plus with a couple hundred down and my trade and my monthly is 30 bucks less than thompson so if you want to give away your trade out of the goodness of your heart and you have a winning lottery ticket in your wallet and have 720++ credit go to thompson. If you want to be"Sure" ( no pun intended) you need to go to Faulner. More

Once I got in touch with the Faulkner Toyota at Trevose, Kelly Pirrami from the internet sales made the whole process so so easy. She worked with me to get a good price on the car, I had to get my paperwork ready and took some 2-3 days buying the car, they didn't rush me up like other dealerships usually do . Once I bought the car, Kelly kept in touch with me and made sure I got all the information I needed (account no and other info related to my car). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota, and if possible please directly contact Kelly Pirrami. She made this whole process very easy for me. Beautiful RAV4 and a great Dealer! I found out that my prized Corolla required a lot of work and investment so I decided to invest in a new car. I went to Faulkner and I met Mike who wa I found out that my prized Corolla required a lot of work and investment so I decided to invest in a new car. I went to Faulkner and I met Mike who was very friendly, and patient. I came to him and I explained that I was Deaf and I required paper and pen to communicate. He immediately accommodated to my needs and asked what I was looking for. When I told him all of the details that I was looking for, he immediately knew exactly what to show me. The first and only vehicle he showed me, I fell in love and bought it. Mike was nothing but patient and kind. He was very patient when I was writing and continued to write back and forth. It looks like the service department is working very efficiently. There was not one customer who was complaining. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There was hot coffee, that you can actually see right away, and it was hot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to anyone looking for a car. More
