Brian Angelozzi was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle from Faulkner. I came to the dealership to look at used Dodge Ram 1500 truck on a Saturday friendly throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle from Faulkner. I came to the dealership to look at used Dodge Ram 1500 truck on a Saturday morning and after a test drive and some hassle free negoitating, I decided to purchase it. He was able to contact my insurance company and put all the necessary paperwork together so that I could drive it home that afternoon. Mr. Rhode had no knowledge of the basic features for the vehicle purchased. He was very aggressive and rude. Unprofessional environment. The vehicle wasn't even properly detailed for a new owner. I live in New Jersey and was having a difficult time finding the vehicle I wanted in New Jersey due to storm Sandy. I found the truck I needed at Faulkner and delt with them almost exclusively by phone finding the vehicle I wanted in New Jersey due to storm Sandy. Faulkner took care of all needs including delivery which went without a hitch. I'm a long time Toyota customer with three dealerships close to my home.
