I was given a competitive price after informing them of edmunds price analysis, and other dealers prices for similar vehicle. - I was able to negotiate over the phone, and James emailed buyer's order before my visit to the dealer. - no dirty tricks to extract more money. At the time of signing, they apologized for a miscalculated doc fee, and it went down by ~$150. - offered to let me take the vehicle, and mail them checks after a deposit. - delivered it to my home. ~1 hr drive from dealership. - the quoted price for the extended warranty was not competitive. They reduced it to match other dealers prices. Was surprised they did that since such a warranty can only be purchased from the selling dealer for certified autos. I should've inquired about it during negotiation. - Sales staff were courteous, and seemed eager for my business. thanks to James Casey and Stuart Saul @ Faulkner toyota, the whole experience was a pleasant breeze. good luck. Along with Chad the Dealership staff were very friendly and accomodating. When Chad was busy with another customer two other employees were glad to assist. MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY WENT SHOPPING FOR A CAR. WE WERE LONG TIME ON AND OFF AND KEPT GETTING DISGUSTED . WE WENT TO ALMOST ALL THE DEALERSHIPS AROUND AND THE SAME THING WOULD HAPPEN OVER AND OVER. THEY WOULD NOT SHOW ME ANYTHING I WAS ASKING FOR AND IF THEY DID IT WAS INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT WAS. I KNEW IT AND THEY KNEW I KNEW IT SO I WOULD STOP LOOKING BECAUSE I COULD NOT FIND TRUST IN ANY OF THEM. I JUST FIGURED THAT THERES NOTHING AFFORDABLE FOR ME OUT THERE THAT IS ANY GOOD SO I GAVE UP. MY HUSBAND SUGGESTED I GO TO FAULKNER BUT I DIDNT WANT TO GO. IM GLAD I LISTENED TO HIM. THE SALES ASKED ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. RELUCTANTLY I TOLD HIM AND I THOUGHT TO MYSELF GREAT, NOW WELL BE HERE FOR FOURTEEN HOURS LOOKING AT THINGS OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE OR AT OVERPRICED JUNK. NOPE THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL. I WAS INSTANTLY , AFTER BEING THERE FOR FIVE MINUTS LED TO THE PERFECT CAR FOR ME. IT ONLY TOOK AN HOUR TO FIND MY CAR AND GET THE PAPERS READY. THIS WAS AT 7:00 AT NIGHT. THE SALES TEAM WAS AMAZING. THEY MADE THIS (WHAT COULD BE A HORRIBLY LONG AND NERVERACKING PROCESS) A TRUE PLEASURE FOR ME. THAT IS A VERY DIFFICULT THING TO DO FOR SOMEBODY THAT WAS PUT THROUGH xxxx LOOKING TO BUY A CAR . I JUST WANT TO TELL PEOPLE FAULKNER GAVE ME A VERRY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE THAN ALL THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS AROUND HERE. THE SALESTEAM AND MY SALESMAN TOOK CARE OF ME WITH MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND. THEY CARE ABOUT WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS. I FEEL LIKE THIS WAS THE ONLY DEALERSHIP WHO TREATED ME THIS WAY. I KNOW THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO SO I THINK BEFORE YOU SHOP ANYWERE ELSE YOU COULD JUST SAVE YOUR NERVES AND TIME AND JUST SEE FAULKNER FIRST. More

I have never gotten any free inspections as promised. At Faulkners I know I have gotten a good price with all of my questions answered and they bent over backwards to make you happy. This Rav4 was for my wife and she got eveything she wanted. She is very happy with the Rav. Jason was very friendly gave us fast survice and explaned everthing to our satisfaction. I would highly recommened Faulkners and have already sent by brother-in-law to Faulkners. More

I was from New York to come to Faulkner Toyota Scion dealer for 2011 Venza. The salesman Michael Steinberg gave me a very good price toward a fully loaded demo car. The transaction only take a little time. Mike is a very nice and patient salesman. No sales pressure felt like from a lot other places. Everything goes very smoothly, kind of surprise to me actually. Just cannot imagine I was purchasing a car, not a toy. It was too simple to be true. But I could convince myself that it was true when I touched the comfy leather chair in my new Venza on my way back. I really enjoy the purchase experience and want to share my story with those potential buyers. I highly recommend this dealership and would like to deal with Mike in the future. A payment was worked out which I could afford and I did not feel pressured at any time to purchase a vehicle, which was important to me. Most importantly however, was the fact that I didn't have to wait around all day and was out of there with my new car in a most timely manner.
