This was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. I live in NJ i called Faulkner and spoke to Chris in used cars i told him i had a trade and was interested in An Altima. I was missing a few tie down brackets on my 11 tacoma. It was a HUGE problem for me and after a great experience buyign the truck put a sour taste in my mouth of service after purchase.
