My experience of purchase of the car has been amazing. "Fitz" went a mile ahead to help me, due to my back injury after a recent accident, i requested a total online purchase with a possibility of Home Delivery, and he ensured this happens and infect came himself to my doorstep to deliver the car and get everything signed with touch less delivery. Things does not stop here, he worked to get me the best price and also worked patiently to answer all my queries. He not only made Faulkner Toyota to earn business from me but also earned my respect for this dealership. More

And when it came to the financing, John Hogan made that process as enjoyable as the car buying process if you can believe that! Amazing Customer Service My sales person was Michael Steinberg and after visiting a few other neighboring dealerships, my experience with Michael was by far the best. My famil My sales person was Michael Steinberg and after visiting a few other neighboring dealerships, my experience with Michael was by far the best. My family and I arrived late into the evening and he was able to accommodate all of our requests. It was a quick and easy process, but one that caused Michael & Anthony (our Finance person) to have to work past their scheduled closing time. Not once did they complain, and worked hard to make sure we left with our purchase the same night. I don't usually leave reviews but I was impressed by the courtesy through the entire sales process. More
