I was missing a few tie down brackets on my 11 tacoma. It was a HUGE problem for me and after a great experience buyign the truck put a sour taste in my mouth of service after purchase. The dealership has an online appointment service. Go online and make an appointment anytime it's fast and convenient. GREAT! When you arrive they took your car to the shop right away, then do the paper online and make an appointment anytime it's fast and convenient. GREAT! My daughter purchased her first car, a 1999 Camry,March 12, 2011 from Faulkner Toyota. Within several days she started to get an intermittent stalling problem. She took the car in for service. A technician took the car home trying to reproduce the defect. He was unable to reproduce the stalling. The Blue team manager- Steve G. told me they believed it was a faulty EGR valve, but would not replace the valve until the sales dept ok’d the repair. I left a voice mail for our salesman, Joe Morgan on 4/7/11. When he didn’t call back, I stopped in the dealership that evening and talked with the Used Car Manager, Patrick Haggerty. He assured me he would call me back the next day to let me know how they would satisfy my daughter’s complaint. He didn’t call me back the next day. I left several voice mails for Patrick to call me back. I left a daytime phone number and an evening number. One week later, I am still waiting for a call back and for Faulkner Toyota to satisfy my daughter's complaint. More
