We found our sales professional, Mike Steinberg, to be knowledgeable, low-key and very helpful. He has been great to work with. On a first visit on a busy Saturday, we stopped in just trying to see firsthand the Prius we had been reading about on the web sites. We left in about 45 minutes to rush off to work but with a good sense of the product, inventory, current incentives and trade-in offer. Without pressure or a lot of hype, Mike helped us work through our questions and reservations. When we were ready to buy a week or so later, we found all the folks we dealt with at Faulkner to be professional. On the day we decided on our car, we were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Faulkner has been much easier to work with than the dealers we have chosen in the past. More

We have been to Faulkner many times before and feel comfortable going there. However, this time we had the best salesman we ever dealt with there. Mike was very professional, friendly, informative, v comfortable going there. However, this time we had the best salesman we ever dealt with there. Mike was very professional, friendly, informative, very helpful and put absolutely no pressure on us to make a sale. We also met Steve Harris who was very nice too. Because we were dealt with so honestly and fairly, we did lease a new Camry through Mike. We have recently had a very bad experience with high pressure at another dealership , it was very refreshing to deal with Mike at Toyota and we will highly recommend him to our family and friends. Thank you, Mike. We now are proud owners of 2 Toyotas. More

I've been a Faulkner customer since 1978. Since then: '78 Olds, '82 Cadillac, '97 Camry, '00 Avalon, '03 Camry, '05 Avalon,'06 Camry, '09 Camry, now '11 Prius. This business does more than sell fine '78 Olds, '82 Cadillac, '97 Camry, '00 Avalon, '03 Camry, '05 Avalon,'06 Camry, '09 Camry, now '11 Prius. This business does more than sell fine products. The people - sales and service - are just outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, courteous, knowlegeable, and a credit to the Faulkner dealership and to Toyota. I could write on-and-on but it isn't necesssary! I believe I have been as descriptive as possible and answered "why" with much less than 250 words. More

I absolutely have to commend both Mike Scammahorn and Steve Harris on what an enjoyable experience I had when purchasing my brand new 2011 Toyota Camry. When I first came in, I was greeted with a willing Steve Harris on what an enjoyable experience I had when purchasing my brand new 2011 Toyota Camry. When I first came in, I was greeted with a willing sales force but not overly pushy. I spoke with a sales consultant first and then was referred to Mike and Steve to help with a little better of a deal and a leather interior. They worked out an amazing deal and I also had leather interior and two front heated seats installed for the best price around! The leather interior was absolutely amazing and the experience of buying my car was better than any other. They were very informative and didn't ask “What can I do to make you take the car tonight?” They listened to my requests and were able to handle anything I wanted. I love the leather interior and will recommend anyone and everyone I know to Faulkner Toyota. I knew buying a car would be an experience but I never realized how good it could have been before going to Faulkner. If you're looking for a new Toyota/Scion - Don't even hesitate. You have to come here! The BEST! More

My name is George and have owned 16 different cars. Last night I purchased a Toyota Camry LE and had a great experience. Stuart Saull was my saleman and never once gave me "the run around". I am a very bu night I purchased a Toyota Camry LE and had a great experience. Stuart Saull was my saleman and never once gave me "the run around". I am a very busy person with limited amount of time and no time for "the sales game". I spoke with Stuart several times on the phone as to what I was looking for. We struck a deal over the phone, he emailed me the numbers and I picked up the car at the end of the week without any issues. Finally, I found a no- nonsense saleman. I would recommend Stuart to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
