Finally writing the review for my August inspection. Sorry! First off, let me apologize for not writing this review a whole lot sooner than now!!! No excuse really except the fact that I kept forgetting. Glad I First off, let me apologize for not writing this review a whole lot sooner than now!!! No excuse really except the fact that I kept forgetting. Glad I wasn't that guy who missed jury duty do to over sleeping...Just a little joke!...Don't take it personally anyone! ;) Anyway, All I'll I can say is that once again a great experience with Faulkner Toyota and their team! Everyone was pleasant and kind, not to mention the professionalism. I happened to fail due my third brake light not working but Shannon was willing and able to go through my Bumper to Bumper warranty and get me a new one at no cost to me. No deductible. My emissions passed and had the sticker put on but I just promised Shannon that I would come back the next day which was a Friday to have it installed by Steve...my go to mechanic/technician. He has never steered me wrong as well as anybody else! I am also still experiencing the Cam Gears Rattle Issue under the TSB with the first startup of the day, but Greg Koldhoff told me to come when it got colder out around last fall/winter but I had them put Royal Purple in for me on an oil change and that helped out a lot. But, Oil does break down so I am experiencing the rattle situation even though it shouldn't hurt anything, I will bring it up there on a day when it's colder and let it sit overnight so I can be there in the morning when it's coldest out and have a technician with Greg to hear the noise on first startup and if the noise is there even briefly, Greg mentioned to leave it and they would fix it under the Powertrain Warranty at no cost to me...No deductible. I put this off because the noise went away due to using Royal Purple and has worn oil has worn down a somewhat, so it's back and I should have it done before my warranty runs out. Did more research and found out that they might not have to pull the engine, they can pull off the metal valve cover and get to it from there. Hopefully this is true from what I read and watched on YouTube. And Yes people...YouTube is for real and is the future for any sort of information just as long as the YouTuber truly knows what he's talking about. Quote of the day..."Never believe anything you here, and only half of what you see"! In other words, it is okay to question things/people/etc. in life. Those are your Rights. A thank you to Joann as well since she started the inspection paperwork for me but had to leave early. Just another awesome experience at Faulkner Toyota for me!!! P.S. I hope that the people that I mentioned above are going to get or have already gotten some type of compensation/reward for their time and effort in serving me! Maybe a raise? Do you hear me Management? :) P.S.S. Once again, sorry for the delay on this review! Thanks You, James Litterio Jr. More
