Service was done when promised I had a recall notice..i made appointment with another dealer (team). They had my car all day. When i went to pick up my car they said they didn't hav I had a recall notice..i made appointment with another dealer (team). They had my car all day. When i called faulkner totally different experience...i dropped my car off..was given a loaner i was only home an hour or two when i got a call saying my car was done..i know where I'll look next time i need service..thanks More
