Ok service Making the appointment was easy, they answered all my questions and gave me a estimate over the phone. That day of, I explained that I needed to get b Making the appointment was easy, they answered all my questions and gave me a estimate over the phone. That day of, I explained that I needed to get back to my kids. It took 15mins longer than expected, not horrible but I stressed this and even called my husband when they told me ( after dx) it would take 30mins....it took over 45. Not a big deal but worth noting. The price was $40 more than they told me over the phone, with a coupon too. Again not a big deal but it could be for some. I had a problem with my sensor and I also had another light on and was due for oil change. Never even mentioned doing an oil change after diagnostic test. I was curious to see if they would say something and I would have gotten one but I guess it is their loss. Overall I would go again, I've been there before and loved the service however this time wasn't the best. Not sure if it depends on who you get or the time of day, just wasn't the best visit. More
