They gave us the best price according to TrueCar right from the start. This avoided a lot of haggling. Their lot was stocked with Highlanders so we had a lot of vehicles to choose from. They did not have a lot of pressure nor were they pushy. Julian was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He answered phone calls, texts and e-mails within an hour.
