Great Overall Experience They were very willing to work with me on the price even over the phone which was great for me since I was coming from a distance. Most dealers want you to come in before talking price which can be a huge waste of time, but they were willing to work to earn my business which paid off for them. They have a very family friendly waiting area which was nice since I had to wait with my wife and 2 yr old as I made the finilaztions of the purchase. Everyone there was very friendly, and I did not feel like anyone was trying to pressure me or get anything over on me. Great overall car buying experience for me. James (Fitz) was also a really good guy, easy to talk to and very friendly. Mike, one of the sales managers who I made the deal with was very straightforward and likeable. He was willing to work with me to earn my business, and was very respectful through the whole process. More

Nice people, good service The 2013 Camry I bought used from Faulkner had a terrible leak, which soaked the cabin wells and, on cold days, caused ice to form on the inside of th The 2013 Camry I bought used from Faulkner had a terrible leak, which soaked the cabin wells and, on cold days, caused ice to form on the inside of the windshield. I took it to the Ardmore Toyota service center because it is closest to where I live and they could not find the problem and suggested I take it back to Faulkner. So, I took it back to Faulkner, which: gave me a free loaner car, found a factory problem with the windshield seal, fixed it, replaced the pads under the carpet, cleaned and dried out the carpets, and did it all under warranty at no cost to me. Everyone in service, especially Brad who handled my appointment, was helpful and friendly. Only time will tell if the fix solved the problem entirely but the customer experience was worth the 60-mile round trip and the $17 in turnpike tolls. More
